Suggested use
Stir or Shake it: Just add 1 serving to water, milk or your favorite beverage.
Blend it: Make your smoothies even healthier with 1 serving along with your ingredients.
Mix it: Add it to yogurt, cereal, oatmeal or any of your favorite foods.
Use 1 serving (6 scoops) 1-3 times daily as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources. Take between meals, 30-45 minutes post-workout, and before bed.
Add 6 scoops of Stacked Protein® Gainer to 18-24 oz of your favorite liquid such as water, skim milk or unsweetened almond milk. Blend or shake in a cup for 30-45 seconds until protein powder fully dissolves.

Maltodextrin, protein blend (instantized whey protein concentrate, instantized whey protein isolate), alkalized cocoa powder, l-glutamine, organic agave inulin, sunflower oil creamer [sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), contains 2% or less of each of the following: mono & diglycerides, natural tocopherols, and tri-calcium phosphate (flow agent)], natural and artificial flavors, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), salt, sucralose, proteases (as Aminogen® Advanced).
